Lin has worked in accounting and taxation since 1997. She worked at CPA firms, assisted in accounting, auditing, and tax planning and preparation. In 2002 she earned her Masters of Science in Taxation at Grand Valley State University and in 2005 became a Certified Financial Planner.

Lin joined DeHoek’s office in 2005. Areas of tax expertise include individual and small business tax issues, estate and trust accounting and taxation, reporting for not-for-profit entities and IRS problem resolution. Lin is licensed as a general securities representative, and is also licensed with the State of Michigan in life and health insurance.

Community service includes secretary for the Grand Rapids Kennel Club, past treasurer for Flat River Outreach Ministries, and past church treasurer.
